It’s one of the largest and longest-running independent ABDL clothing makers, selling handmade-style adult garments on both Etsy and eBay.

Who’s behind it
Big Tots is run by Kim, a seamstress and clothing designer based in Las Vegas, Nevada, who says she has been sewing since age 10 and started the business in 2007. Kim designs every piece and chooses the materials; production is shared between a local Las Vegas sewing manufacturer and partner sewing companies in Mexico and China, according to the shop’s Etsy profile.

What it sells

The listing that prompted this article is the Adult Baby Space Time diaper pants on Etsy, priced at $24.99 at the time of writing. They’re white pull-on pants with a blue-toned space print of rockets, planets and stars, made to wear over a diaper or on their own. A matching Space big boy brief ($25.99) and a Space Time zippered sleeper are also in the range.
Etsy vs. eBay: what we found
The eBay store, also called BigTots, sells many of the same designs, including Adult briefs Space Time underpants at the same $24.99 price. The store name, product names and prints, and the shared shipping-refund policy wording all indicate it’s the same business, though we haven’t confirmed this with the seller directly.

- eBay carries a smaller selection (dozens of listings rather than hundreds) with eBay’s buyer protection.
