NorthShore adult diapers are a benchmark for heavy and overnight incontinence protection. NorthShore is one of the best-known names in medical-grade adult diapers, and its tab-style briefs are a benchmark many other products are measured against.
The range
NorthShore’s tab-style lineup is built around MegaMax, its flagship overnight brief. Variations include MegaMax AirLock, a more breathable version; MegaMax AirLock Lite; a Made in USA MegaMax; and the AirSupreme and Supreme tab-style briefs. Retailer listings rate MegaMax at up to about 1,450 mL (49 oz) and up to 12 hours of overnight protection.
What stands out
- Size range: NorthShore says its tab-style briefs cover waists from about 16 to 106 inches, including bariatric fits.
- Backing choices: plastic (poly) or soft cloth-like outer layers.
- Leak guards at the leg openings and heavy-duty refastenable tabs.
- Colors: beyond white, some lines come in colors and even tie-dye.
- FSA/HSA eligible, with discreet shipping and Auto-Ship.
Who it’s for
NorthShore is a strong first stop for anyone with heavy or overnight incontinence who wants proven medical performance. Pair it with the EternaDry booster pads if you need even more capacity.
Before you order: Check the brand’s size chart against your own waist and hip measurements rather than assuming your usual size, because sizing varies between makers. If a sample or trial pack is offered, try one in the situation you’ll actually use it, such as overnight, and note fit, comfort, noise and any leaks. Compare the price per diaper, not just the price per bag, and look at shipping costs and whether packaging is plain if privacy matters to you. Finally, read the return policy before you buy, since opened hygiene products usually can’t be sent back.
Getting the most from any brand: Start with the smallest pack available until you’re sure about fit and comfort. Write down your measurements and the size you chose so reordering is easy. If the brand sells boosters or covers, consider them for overnight use. Watch for case discounts, subscriptions and seasonal sales once you’ve found a favorite, and sign up for the brand’s newsletter for restock alerts. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact customer service promptly with photos of the packaging.
