Brand Spotlight: TREST Care and the Elite Brief

Folded fabric in pink, green, blue and yellow

TREST Elite Briefs are the headline product from TREST Care, a newer adult brief maker. TREST Care is a newer name that has built its reputation on a single headline product: the TREST Elite Brief, an adult diaper sold to both medical users and the wider adult diaper community.

The Elite Brief

  • Capacity: TREST says the core holds roughly 9,500 mL, which puts it among the highest-rated briefs on the market by the brand’s own measure.
  • Comfort: designed to wick moisture away from the skin and neutralize odor.
  • Colors: available in six colors, so you’re not limited to white.

Carousel V2

TREST also sells the Carousel V2, a printed diaper for wearers who want something more playful than plain white.

Buying

TREST’s main savings come from buying by the case: it advertises 15% off a case, the ability to mix and match four bags of Elite Briefs, flat-rate shipping, and an extra 5% off with AutoShip. It accepts FSA and HSA cards, and ships to the US, the UK and much of the EU. Note that TREST announced a pricing update effective October 1, so check current prices.

Our take

If you want a high-capacity brief with color options and you’re happy to buy in bulk, TREST is worth a sample. As with any capacity rating, judge it on fit and leg seal, not just the number.

Before you order: Check the brand’s size chart against your own waist and hip measurements rather than assuming your usual size, because sizing varies between makers. If a sample or trial pack is offered, try one in the situation you’ll actually use it, such as overnight, and note fit, comfort, noise and any leaks. Compare the price per diaper, not just the price per bag, and look at shipping costs and whether packaging is plain if privacy matters to you. Finally, read the return policy before you buy, since opened hygiene products usually can’t be sent back.
